The President of Cuba is deeply concerned about the disappearance of two humanitarian sailboats headed to the island, which is struggling under the US blockade. A humanitarian flotilla arrived on the island earlier, amid an energy crisis worsened by the petroleum blockade imposed by Donald Trump in January. The Cuban government is attempting to locate and rescue the missing vessels.
