UN: 750,000 displaced in Lebanon as conflict escalates

The UN has warned that mass displacement in Lebanon is accelerating due to escalating Hezbollah-Israel conflict, with over 750,000 people registered as displaced. Middle East Monitor reports nearly 84,000 Syrians and over 8,000 Lebanese have crossed into Syria since March 2, while over 570 people have been killed and 1,400 injured in the same period.
