SARANGANI, Philippines – Over 200 residents in Barangay Poblacion in Glan, Sarangani, have received aid to rebuild their homes destroyed by the magnitude 7.8 earthquake last June 8.

It’s just the first batch of the over 13,000 people seeking housing assistance in Glan.

Meanwhile, many locals still have to stay outside their damaged homes amid an overfilled tent city in the barangay.
